• Secured funding for first ADA-compliant playground in district, at Stiglmeier Park.

• Secured funding to ensure the Cheektowaga Boys and Girls Club facilities are accessible to youth with physical challenges.

• Secured $100,000 to construct disability-accessible restrooms in Sloan’s Griffith Park.

• Secured $25,000 for Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Program to ensure people with visual impairments have access to news and media.

• Secured $10,000 for Danceability to help provide recreation programs for individuals with disabilities.

• Helped secure funding to make Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve trails and facilities accessible for people with special needs.
